Greetings!
Can you believe it? The school year is almost over, and summer is right around the corner!
While many of you will be traveling or hosting family over the extended weekend, we at Grace Wesleyan are planning to have a fellowship time together for those who are not going out of town or who do not have family in town to have the traditional cookout or family gathering. We are having a pot-luck fellowship dinner after services on Saturday, May 28th (about 7pm). We will have fun, good food, lively conversation, live music, and fellowship! If you have signed up to bring something, we are happy that you will be joining us! If you were unable to sign up to bring something, but want to attend, please contact Joelle Kennedy at jkgemini54@aol.com or at 954-647-8125 to see what might be appropriate for you to bring! We would love to see you!
We will be having our usual services at 6pm on Saturday, May 28th and at 930am on Sunday, May 29th. Of course, our online service will be up by Sunday morning as well.
Exciting times are coming to Grace Wesleyan as we move into a special sermon series this summer, “Who We Are as Grace Wesleyan,” and we will be having conversations about what it means to share who we are and what we are about with our neighbors, friends, and families. Please make plans to be with us as many weekends as possible when the series begins on Saturday, June 18th!
We hope that whatever you are planning for this weekend, you are safe and enjoy your time with family and friends! Jesus is with us when we are having fun just the same as he is when we are seeking his comfort. May you welcome Christ into your weekend festivities!
Happy Memorial Day to you!
Grace and peace,
Pastor Myron and Annette Rhodes
